Agreement & Acceptance

Products & Pricing

Elite Watches Global specialises in the wholesale and retail trading of luxury, vintage, and contemporary watches and related horological products. All watches offered for sale are described individually, including relevant details such as make, model, reference number, serial number, condition, and included accessories.

All prices displayed on the Website are denominated in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary based on market conditions, exchange rates, and inventory availability. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of invoice generation.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in appearance due to photographic conditions or display settings do not constitute grounds for a return or refund unless the piece materially differs from its description.

Payment Methods

Elite Watches Global accepts the following payment methods:

Cryptocurrency — We accept over 240 digital currencies and tokens via our integrated crypto payment gateway. This includes, but is not limited to, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT, USDC, BNB, and other major coins and stablecoins.
Card Payments (Fiat On-Ramp) — Debit and credit card payments are processed via a third-party fiat on-ramp gateway. This converts your card payment into cryptocurrency for settlement on our end.
Bank Wire Transfer — Direct bank wire transfers are accepted by arrangement. Please contact us at contact@elitewatchesglobal.com to request wire transfer details before initiating a payment.

All transactions must be fully cleared before an order is dispatched. We do not offer credit, payment plans, or deferred payment terms unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Crypto Payment Terms

When paying by cryptocurrency, the following terms apply:

Invoice Validity: All cryptocurrency invoices are valid for 30 minutes from the time of generation. The exchange rate is locked at the moment the invoice is created.
Rate Lock: The cryptocurrency amount required for payment is calculated at the prevailing rate at the time of invoice. If the invoice expires before payment is completed, a new invoice will be issued at the then-current rate.
Payment in Full: You must send the exact amount specified on the invoice. Under-payments will not trigger order confirmation. Over-payments will be credited or refunded at our discretion.
Confirmation: Orders are confirmed after the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain. This timeline varies by cryptocurrency and network conditions.
Refunds: In the event a refund is due, it will be issued in the same cryptocurrency originally used, at the prevailing market rate on the day of processing. We cannot guarantee the same USD equivalent value as the original payment.

Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. By choosing to pay in cryptocurrency, you accept the exchange rate and price risk associated with digital assets. Please refer to our Risk Disclosure for full details.

Card Payment Terms

Card payments are processed through a third-party fiat on-ramp gateway. By selecting card payment, you authorise the gateway to process your card for the applicable transaction amount and agree to the gateway's own terms and conditions.

Full payment is required before dispatch. Orders will not be fulfilled until payment is confirmed as settled. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer and the gateway's processing schedule.

Additional fees may apply depending on your card type, card issuer, or geographic location. Any such fees are determined by the payment gateway and are outside our control. We recommend reviewing any applicable fees before completing your payment.

Elite Watches Global offers a 5% discount on the watch price when customers pay using cryptocurrency. To claim this discount, use the code CRYPTO5 at checkout or reference it when placing your order via direct enquiry.

The following conditions apply to the CRYPTO5 discount:

The discount applies to the watch purchase price only.
The discount does not apply to shipping costs, insurance fees, or any other ancillary charges.
The discount is only valid when payment is completed in full using one of our accepted cryptocurrencies.
The discount cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to withdraw or modify this discount at any time without prior notice.

Authentication & Condition

Every timepiece offered by Elite Watches Global is examined and verified before being listed for sale. We take pride in the accuracy and integrity of our product descriptions.

Serial Numbers: Where present and legible, serial numbers are disclosed in the product listing. Verification of serial numbers against manufacturer records is encouraged where applicable.
Condition Grading: Condition is described honestly in each listing, including any relevant wear, service history, or cosmetic observations. Photographs are provided to supplement written descriptions.
Authenticity: To the best of our knowledge and expertise, all watches listed are genuine and authentic. If a piece has known modifications or is identified as a tribute or homage model, this will be clearly disclosed.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using reputable international courier services with full tracking and insurance appropriate to the declared value of the item.

Insurance: All shipments are insured for the full purchase value. This protects against loss or damage in transit.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You are responsible for monitoring the shipment and arranging receipt.
Discreet Packaging: Items are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. No branding or descriptions indicating the contents are displayed on the exterior of the package.
Risk Transfer: Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon collection of the parcel by the designated carrier. Once collected by the carrier, any claims must be made against the shipping insurance policy.
Customs & Import Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory requirements applicable in their country of delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. We will provide an estimated delivery window at the time of dispatch. Delays caused by carrier operations, customs processes, or force majeure events are outside our control.

Returns

Due to the nature of our inventory — consisting of individually verified, unique horological pieces — we operate a strictly limited returns policy.

Returns are accepted only where a watch materially differs from its listed description. Examples of a material difference include an undisclosed structural defect, incorrect model or reference supplied, or a significant condition discrepancy not reflected in the listing.

Notification Window: Any return request must be initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery of the item.
Evidence Required: You must contact us at contact@elitewatchesglobal.com with clear photographs evidencing the material difference within the 48-hour window.
Change of Mind: We do not accept returns on the basis of a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference for a different piece. We encourage thorough due diligence before purchase.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in the same condition as received, in original packaging where applicable. Items showing signs of use or tampering post-delivery will not be accepted.

Approved return requests will be issued with a return authorisation and shipping instructions. Do not return any item without prior written authorisation from Elite Watches Global.

Refunds

Upon approval of a valid return and receipt of the returned item in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued as follows:

Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method wherever possible.
Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of the returned item being received and inspected.
Cryptocurrency Refunds: Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in the same cryptocurrency used, at the prevailing market rate on the day of processing. We cannot guarantee the same USD equivalent value as the original transaction due to market volatility.
Card Payment Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original card or payment method used. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary by card issuer.
Non-Refundable Costs: Shipping costs, insurance fees, and any gateway or transaction fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Elite Watches Global website — including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, page layouts, and product descriptions — is the property of Elite Watches Global or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from this Website without the prior written consent of Elite Watches Global.

Watch brand names, trademarks, and logos referenced on this Website remain the intellectual property of their respective manufacturers and are used solely for identification and descriptive purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Watches Global and its owner, Chauhan Bhavesh, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our Website, services, or products.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you for the specific item giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for losses resulting from:

Delays or failures caused by third-party couriers, payment processors, or customs authorities.
Cryptocurrency price movements or exchange rate fluctuations.
Your failure to comply with applicable import, customs, or taxation regulations in your jurisdiction.
Force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, or infrastructure failures.

KYC / AML Compliance

Elite Watches Global complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. We reserve the right to request identity verification for transactions and may decline or cancel any order where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, sanctions risk, or incomplete information.

High-value transactions may be subject to enhanced due diligence requirements. By placing an order, you agree to cooperate with any verification process we initiate and to provide accurate, truthful information when requested.

We may retain records of verification data in accordance with applicable legal requirements. Any identity information collected as part of KYC/AML processes is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, being the country in which Elite Watches Global is registered and operated.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of your own country of residence.
