Every watch leaving the vault is inspected, authenticated and documented. We want each piece to arrive exactly as described and ready to wear.

If your watch arrives materially different from its description or damaged in transit, notify the Vault Desk within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and unboxing details so we can intervene immediately.

Because we trade investment‑grade and often unique pieces, routine “change of mind” returns are generally not permitted. In select cases, and at our discretion, we may facilitate a buy‑back or re‑placement through the vault network.

Warranty and service coverage are clarified with each individual piece. We can coordinate servicing, polishing or strap changes through our approved workshops on request.
