General Policy
Elite Watches Global specialises in the trading of luxury timepieces — unique, individually verified pieces that are carefully described and photographed before listing. Due to the singular nature of these items, we operate a strictly limited refund and returns policy.
We do not offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, buyer's remorse, or preference for a different piece. All purchases are considered final unless the conditions under Section 2 (Eligibility) are met.
We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly review product listings, photographs, and descriptions, and to submit any questions to contact@elitewatchesglobal.com before completing a purchase.

Eligibility
A refund request will only be considered where the watch materially differs from its listed description. A material difference is defined as one of the following:
- An undisclosed structural defect or significant mechanical fault that was present at the time of dispatch and is not referenced in the listing.
- Incorrect model, reference number, or variant delivered compared to what was listed and invoiced.
- A significant condition discrepancy — for example, a piece listed as "excellent" that arrives with substantial undisclosed damage.
The following do not constitute grounds for a refund:
- Minor cosmetic wear consistent with the condition grade stated in the listing.
- Variations in appearance due to photographic lighting or display calibration.
- Change of mind, personal preference, or a decision to pursue a different piece.
- Delays in delivery caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
48-Hour Notification Window: Any refund request must be initiated within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this window will not be considered. You must contact us by email with photographic evidence of the material difference within this timeframe.

Refund Process
If you believe your item qualifies for a refund, please follow the steps below:

Contact Us Within 48 Hours
Email contact@elitewatchesglobal.com with your order reference, a description of the material difference, and clear photographic evidence. Include images of the watch, packaging, and any relevant close-ups. -
Await Return Authorisation
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. Do not return any item without receiving a written Return Authorisation (RA) from us. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. -
Ship the Item Back
Return the item in its original packaging (where applicable), fully insured, using a tracked courier service. Return shipping is at the buyer's cost. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return. -
Inspection & Refund
Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Items showing signs of wear, tampering, or damage not documented in the original claim will not be approved.

Cryptocurrency Refunds
For orders paid using cryptocurrency, refunds are subject to the following specific terms:
- Same Currency: Refunds will be issued in the same cryptocurrency that was used for the original payment.
- Prevailing Market Rate: The refund amount will be calculated using the prevailing market rate on the day of refund processing, not the rate at the time of the original purchase.
- No USD Equivalence Guarantee: Due to the volatility of cryptocurrency markets, we cannot guarantee that the refunded amount will be equivalent in USD value to the amount originally paid. You may receive more or less USD value depending on market movements.
- Wallet Address: You must provide a valid wallet address for the relevant cryptocurrency to receive the refund. We are not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by you.
- Network Fees: Any blockchain network fees associated with processing the refund will be deducted from the refund amount.
By choosing to pay in cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept the exchange rate risk associated with cryptocurrency refunds. Please refer to our Risk Disclosure for further details.

Card Payment Refunds
For orders processed via our third-party fiat on-ramp (card payment gateway), approved refunds will be issued to the original payment card or payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer and bank processing times.
- Currency: Refunds will be issued in USD (or the currency of the original transaction). Any currency conversion fees applied by your card issuer or bank are outside our control.
- Gateway Fees: Third-party gateway fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Bank Transfer Refunds
For orders paid by bank wire transfer, approved refunds will be issued to the original sending bank account.
- You must provide your bank account details upon requesting the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval.
- International wire transfer fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from the refund amount.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by intermediary or recipient banks.

Non-Refundable Items & Costs
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Shipping Costs: Outbound shipping and courier fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of a refund claim.
- Insurance Fees: Transit insurance premiums charged at the time of dispatch are non-refundable.
- Payment Processing Fees: Any fees charged by payment gateways, cryptocurrency networks, or banking intermediaries are non-refundable.
- Items Damaged by the Buyer: Watches that show evidence of damage, alteration, or misuse by the buyer after delivery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Accessories & Consumables: Watch straps, boxes, papers, or other accessories that have been used, removed, or separated from the watch are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Cancellation terms depend on the stage of your order at the time of the request:
- Before Dispatch: If you request a cancellation before the item has been handed to a carrier, a full refund will be issued (subject to applicable payment processing fees). Please contact us immediately at contact@elitewatchesglobal.com if you wish to cancel.
- After Dispatch: Once an item has been collected by a carrier and tracking has been initiated, cancellations are no longer possible. The order will be treated as a delivery, and any subsequent request will be handled under our Returns Policy (see Section 2).
If a cryptocurrency invoice was generated but payment was not completed, no cancellation process is necessary — unpaid invoices expire automatically after 30 minutes.
